Depending on what size vial you choose and how quickly you titrate your dose the amount of time the medication will last you can vary. For established patients or patients switching over that are already taking tirzepatide there are larger vial options.

Most patients will increase dose to at least 7.5 mg weekly to see maximum results, but most patients do not require doses higher than 10 mg. **Vial should be discarded by Best Used By Date printed on the label.

Phentermine is a once daily oral medication to decrease appetite and give you a boost of energy. This is a monthly membership! Plan is $75 per month and includes a prescription sent to your local pharmacy, which can vary in price from $12-$25 approximately for a 30 day supply.

Other oral medications are also available that can assist with weight loss - topiramate, bupropion, etc.

Does your insurance cover weight loss medications??! Less than 25% of commercial insurance plans cover GLP-1 medications, but if yours does you are in luck! I am happy to write you a prescription for the brand name medication, submit any prior authorization paperwork that might be necessary, as well as help you along your journey. I do not guarantee approval of coverage. Also, nationwide shortages have made these medications tough to come by so I can not guarantee availability of the medication.

Initial fee of $75 for prescription and paperwork completion, then the monthly membership fee of $75 per month would start with the following month's prescription. Once we are at a good steady dose we can do a 90 day prescription for $150 and save $75!
